    I found this job.

Firstly, it is a long-term consulting job. The client company is called Nourish & Sow.

They are a specialist Zoho consulting agency based in the US. They deliver many Zoho implementation projects for SMEs.

As many consulting firms, they are looking to farm out the actually ‘doing’ work to smaller fish in the sea.

So the job of course will be to ‘interface’ with their internal projects team and support them in delivery.

The job will lean heavily on problem-solving. So business acumen will be a big PLUS to demonstrate.

Also, they say the role requires ‘independent work’ – so a track record of remote self-employed consulting would show aptitude to go it alone at times.

System improvements and strong solutions indicates they will want us to have strong opinion on how their systems could be better and made to work more effectively for the business.

    – Implement, custom develop and train = doers and teachers of Zoho.
    – Various Zoho One applications industries and use cases = think outside of the box with Zoho One in various business environments
    – Heavy on research = showing our working out like taking an exam and communicate to the examiner
    – Logical workflow = step by step user-centric approach & communicating workflows in easy to understand way, perhaps diagramatically
    – troubleshooting = investigate and experiment until problems are solved
    – Draft SOPs = document EVERYTHING to help the agency keep an accountable track record of value added for client
Conjunction with project manager = do some of the project’s ‘heavy-lifting’ with the project lead

    CRITICAL SKILLS:
    – Zoho One: especially CRM, Analytics, Desk, Campaigns, Flow, Books = email marketing campaigns, helpdesk solutions, accounting with BI (business intelligence data analytics) & workflow automation.
    – Examples of our aptitude using low code solutions
    – Demonstrating analytical thinking i.e. solving/tackling real business problems, not just techie
    – Multitasking, can juggle multiple tasks but communicate clearly and deliver reliably

    PREFERRED SKILLS
    – REST API = platform integrations
    – Zoho Deluge = Zoho proprietary script for customised actions
    – SQL = database querying

    Conclusion
    – This is both a tech and consulting role involving teaching and preparing tutorial literature
    – Project management discipline is key
    – We must communicate well and inspire innovation with our conversations
    – Zoho One aptitude is a winner here
    – Must show understanding of variety of business environments and many types of scenarios
    – Preferred languages give usefulness and flexibility without them outsourcing more difficult jobs

I think this is a great client. A big agency with lots of business clients. Zoho One is vast, so lots of opportunity for them to load us up with work.

Once we show oursleves useful, we’ll have a client here for the long term. They are locked in because they specialise in Zoho solutions.

We start with an accessible rate and ‘can-do’ attitude, and our value will only grow as we show our worth.

A massive victory to land this one…even an invite would be a good result for us here.

    What are your thoughts?
