    Great work – really delighted to hear of your learning progress. As you said, the CRM terminology and the workflows in marketing take a little time to get used to. But once you’ve grasped it for one CRM, you’ve grasped it for all.

    Keep reviewing that masterclass and try the practical steps, hitting the pause button where you have to so you can catch up.

    Me too – REST API has so much potential. I think it’s the biggest value-addition in delivering solutions like this. Because so many businesses use a complex array of solutions and therefore having integration becomes the most valuable achievement. Reduces error, save time and money.
